SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
State Library Board. Provides that certain libraries serving a population of greater than 13,000 shall not use funds derived from any state aid to employ a librarian who does not meet the qualification for holding a professional librarian position. Currently the prohibition applies to all public funds.
