SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Income tax; the Commonwealth's system of taxation and conformity of terms. Changes the date that Virginia conforms with the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code from December 31, 2002, to December 31, 2003. The bill also contains an emergency clause. Identical to SB526 and SB 466.
