SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Bonds; Virginia Public Building Authority. Authorizes the Virginia Public Building Authority to issue bonds in the amount of $159,300,000 to finance the undertaking, development, acquisition and construction of the first phase of the Statewide Agencies Radio System (STARS) and establishes a fee at the rate of two percent of the amount charged for daily rental vehicles, which revenues from such fee are dedicated for debt service payments on such bonds.
