RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following interim appointments of certain agency heads and personnel made by Governor Mark R. Warner:

AGENCY HEADS

C. Scott Crafton, 101 North Fourteenth Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219, Executive Director of the Chesapeake Bay Local Assistance Department, effective January 1, 2003, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor, to succeed Michael D. Clower.

Clyde E. Cristman II, 101 North Fourteenth Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219, Director of the Department of Charitable Gaming, effective July 1, 2003, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor.

W. Steve Flaherty, 7700 Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond, Virginia 23235, Superintendent of State Police, effective October 1, 2003, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor, to succeed W. Gerald Massengill.
