Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Any municipal or recreational purpose restriction placed on real property acquired by the Commonwealth or from the Commonwealth by any locality on or after July 1, 1993, shall be satisfied if the property is used for tourism purposes that benefit the locality's tourism industry.
