Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Notwithstanding any contrary provisions of law, any person with a disability that limits his ability to walk may use a motorized wheel chair, a riding lawnmower, or a power chair personal mobility vehicle designed to maneuver through sand, mud, and snow to travel on property owned by the Commonwealth along the trail that leads from the foot and to the peak of Buffalo Mountain in Floyd County.
