HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 276 Confirming appointments to the Board of Directors of the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Authority.

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointments made by the Speaker of the House of Delegates to the Board of Directors of the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Authority pursuant to § 23-50.16.5 of the Code of Virginia:

Steven Andrew Markel, 4521 Highwoods Parkway, Glen Allen, Virginia 23060, for a term of three years ending June 30, 2006, to succeed Randall E. Dalton, M.D.; and

Ann S. Fulcher, M.D., Chair and Professor, Department of Radiology, VCU/MCV, Post Office Box 980470, Richmond, Virginia 23298-0470, for a term of three years ending June 30, 2006, to succeed Mary Dekker Nettleman, M.D.

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointment made by the Senate Committee on Privileges and Elections to the Board of Directors of the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Authority pursuant to § 23-50.16.5:

John D. Ward, M.D., 3125 Chestnut Grove Court, Richmond, Virginia 23233, for a term of three years ending June 30, 2006, to succeed himself.
