Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-746.2:2.2 as follows:

§ 46.2-746.2:2.2. Special license plates; U.S. Navy chief petty officers.

On receipt of an application therefor and presentation of written evidence that the applicant is or has been a chief petty officer in the U.S. Navy, the Commissioner shall issue to the applicant special license plates.
