Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Article 10 of Chapter 6 of Title 46.2 a section numbered 46.2-749.101 as follows:

§ 46.2-749.101. On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue to the applicant special license plates commemorating the 350th anniversary of the County of New Kent.

The provisions of this section shall expire on July 1, 2009.
