Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-749.28:2 as follows:

§ 46.2-749.28:2. Special license plates; Langley Air Force Base.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue to the applicant special license plates bearing the legend: LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE.

2. That § 46.2-749.28:1 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
