HOUSE BILL NO. 191 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee for Courts of Justice on February 13, 2004) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Black) A BILL to repeal § 20-14.2 of the Code of Virginia, relating to health information provided to applicants for marriage licenses.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 20-14.2 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
