040002556Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 18.2-172.2 as follows:
§ 18.2-172.2. Forging, uttering, etc., discount coupons; penalty.
Any person who forges any discount coupon that entitles the holder to a discount or rebate on merchandise or services, to the prejudice of another's right, or utters, or attempts to employ as true, a forged coupon, knowing it to be forged, is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
