Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Article 10 of Chapter 6 of Title 46.2 a section numbered 46.2-749.101 as follows:

§ 46.2-749.101. Special license plates; members of the District of Columbia Air National Guard.

On receipt of an application therefor and presentation of written evidence that the applicant is a member of the District of Columbia Air National Guard, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates to the applicant.
