Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 23-7.5:1 as follows:

§ 23-7.5:1. Prohibition on the morning-after pill.

No public institution of higher education in the Commonwealth shall in any way make available the morning-after pill approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration in its delivery of health care services to students.
