Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 8.01-418.4 as follows:

§ 8.01-418.4. Products liability actions; similar incidents.

In any products liability action, evidence of other similar incidents may be admissible as evidence or corroboration of the existence of a product defect.
