CHAPTER 651 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 1-13.4:1, relating to the definition of a collegial body. [S 7] Approved April 12, 2004

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 1-13.4:1 as follows:

§ 1-13.4:1. Collegial body.

"Collegial body" means a governmental entity whose power or authority is vested within its membership.
