CHAPTER 337 An Act to repeal Chapter 1017 of the Acts of Assembly of 2003, relating to final judgments in circuit court; modification and appeal. [S 609] Approved April 8, 2004

Be it enacted by the General Assembly:

1. That Chapter 1017 of the Acts of Assembly of 2003 is repealed.
