CHAPTER 132 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 36-99.6:3, relating to the Uniform Statewide Building Code; regulation of HVAC facilities. [H 423] Approved March 15, 2004

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 36-99.6:3 as follows:

§ 36-99.6:3. Regulation of HVAC facilities.

The Board shall promulgate regulations in accordance with the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.) establishing standards for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) facilities in new, privately owned residential dwellings.
