CHAPTER 127 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 43 of Title 54.1 a section numbered 54.1-4306, relating to regulation of itinerant merchants; penalty. [H 283] Approved March 15, 2004

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 43 of Title 54.1, a section numbered 54.1-4306 as follows:

§ 54.1-4306. Penalties.

Except as otherwise provided in § 54.1-4305, any licensed itinerant merchant who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
