SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Administrative license revocation. Provides that when a person is arrested or summonsed for a DUI offense, the period of administrative license revocation shall be seven days for a first alleged offense, 60 days or time of trial, whichever occurs first, for a second alleged offense and time of trial for a third or subsequent alleged offense. Under current law, the suspension period is seven days in all cases.
