1. Line 112, introduced, after consumer
strike
the remainder of line 112 and all of lines 113 through 116
insert
(i) in writing at the time of purchase; (ii) by means of a sign placed in a conspicuous public area of the premises, so as to be readily noticeable and readable by the consumer; (iii) on the bill of sale; or (iv) on the back of the card. The disclosure shall include the conditions, charges or fees relating to the gift certificate, including but not limited to any expiration date, diminution in value over time, or up-front fees. A charitable organization shall not be required to provide such disclosure;
