Any expert employed to assist the person on matters relating to the person’s mental health shall be a licensed psychiatrist or licensed clinical psychologist who is skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of mental abnormalities and disorders associated with violent sex offenders, and who is not a member of the CRC.
