Negotiable instruments; return of paid instruments. Requires the holder of a negotiable instrument to return the instrument to its maker or his agent within 90 days following payment in full of the obligation. If the instrument is no longer in existence, the holder can satisfy this obligation by giving written confirmation to that effect within 90 days of the request.
