SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Removal of outdoor advertising. Provides that no billboard sign subject to Chapter 7 of Title 33.1 (Outdoor Advertising in Sight of Public Highways) may be removed by action of a county, city, or town without the payment of just compensation unless the billboard sign cannot remain on the property due to the site constraints of the property and removal of the billboard sign is therefore necessary for development on the property.
