SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Long-term care insurance; employees of the Commonwealth. Provides that the Department of Human Resource Management shall develop a long-term care insurance program that shall offer group policy long-term care insurance to current and retired employees of the Commonwealth. Former employees not yet retired (i) credited with 5 or more years of creditable service while an employee of the Commonwealth and (ii) who have not withdrawn their accumulated contributions shall also be allowed to purchase such insurance from the Department.
