Charter; City of Bristol. Makes changes to the composition of the utilities board and the youth services board. This bill is identical to HB 1719.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Charter; City of Bristol. Grants the City the power to provide and operate telecommunication and related services, including without limitation cable television, Internet, and all other services that might be rendered by use of the City's fiber-optic system. Other changes are related to the composition of the utilities board and the youth services board. The bill contains an emergency clause.
