SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Collection of local license fees by Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Provides that, when DMV collects local vehicle license fees under an agreement with a locality, the fees received by DMV will be deposited in a fiduciary account and interest on the account will accrue to the benefit of the locality. The bill includes an emergency clause.
