SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

English ivy. Adds English ivy to the list of invasive plant species that localities are authorized to control through abatement ordinances. The Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is authorized to provide financial and technical assistance to, and enter into agreements with, any locality that adopts an ordinance for the control of English ivy.
