SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Revolutionary War cemeteries and graves. Allows associations that receive funds from the Commonwealth for the care of Revolutionary War graves to spend such funds for the maintenance of cemeteries and graves not specifically identified in the Code but otherwise identified as a Revolutionary War cemetery of grave. Currently, such associations or organizations may only spend these funds on cemeteries or graves set forth in statute.
