SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services; environmental laboratory certification program. Authorizes the Director of the Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services to provide variances to environmental labs if (i) the proposed variance will meet the goals and purposes of the provisions of this section or regulation promulgated under this section, and (ii) the variance does not conflict with federal or state law or regulations. The provisions of this bill will become effective on July 1, 2004.
