SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
General Assembly; office expense allowance. Changes the nonvouchered office expense allowance arrangement for members of the General Assembly to an accountable plan within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code regulations. Members will be required to substantiate their business expenses on a quarterly basis and return any amount in excess of the substantiated expenses.
