SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Charter; Town of Bluefield. Provides that the town treasurer shall be appointed by the town manager rather than elected by the voters of the town, and shall serve as the town's director of finance. The bill also adds certain duties to the treasurer regarding land and personal property books and taxation.
