SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Allocation of federal highway safety funds. Requires that prior to being allocated for any other purpose, 10 percent of all federal surface transportation program safety funds must be allocated statewide to fund bicycle and pedestrian safety improvements, including but not limited to the Safe Routes to School Program.
