SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Virginia Water Facilities Revolving Fund. Allows the State Water Control Board to make loans from the Virginia Water Facilities Revolving Fund to local governments or “holders” for purchasing or acquiring an interest in real property. The Board must consult with the Department of Conservation and Recreation to verify that the purchase protects or improves water quality and prevents the pollution of state waters and protects the natural or open-space values of the property or assures its availability for agricultural, forestal, recreational, or open-space use.
