Volunteering. Encourages the citizens of the Commonwealth to volunteer through participation in meaningful community service activities and through local and community service organizations. This resolution is a recommendation of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Commission. This resolution is identical to SJR 314.
