SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Driver's license; fingerprinting non-U.S. citizens. Requires non-U.S. citizens who wish to obtain a driver's license to submit to a computerized scan of his finger image at the Department. The Department is required to implement a system to carry out this provision.
