SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Red warning lights. Allows vehicles owned or used by police chaplains to be equipped with red warning lights. These lights could be used only when responding to emergency calls. Only chaplains who have passed a course in operation of a motor vehicle under emergency conditions may use these lights.
