SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Virginia Estate Tax. Allows estates that are valued at $3 million or less, the majority of which consists of either farm assets and real property or a closely held small business, to have an additional 3 years to pay the Virginia Estate Tax under an installment plan approved by the Department of Taxation.
