SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Reimbursement of towing and recovery operators. Requires that the owner and carrier of any vehicle, cargo, or personal property that is removed or disposed of as the result of a motor vehicle accident reimburse affected towing and recovery operators for all costs incurred in the removal and subsequent disposition of such property.
