Report of the Auditor of Public Accounts. Requires the Auditor of Public Accounts to report annually on all audits and oversight responsibilities performed for the most recently ended fiscal year to a joint meeting of the Senate Finance, House Finance and House Appropriations Committees on the same day that the Governor presents the Executive Budget to the General Assembly or at the direction of the respective chairman during an earlier scheduled committee meeting.
