SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Charter; City of Chesapeake. Provides for the division of the City into 6 districts with council members elected from each district. The mayor and 2 additional members shall be elected at large. These amendments have not gone through the typical charter amendment process as specified in Chapter 2 (§ 15.2-200 et seq.) of Title 15.2.
