SUMMARY AS PASSED:
General Assembly Conflicts of Interests Act; disclosure form. Requires disclosure by General Assembly members of certain relationships with lobbyists. The bill provides that such disclosure (i) does not constitute a waiver of the attorney-client or other privilege for third parties, (ii) requires a waiver of any attorney-client or other privilege for a third party, or (iii) is not necessary for nonfinancial indirect associations.
