Removal of vehicles rendered inoperable by accidents or breakdowns. Provides a procedure for removal and storage of vehicles rendered inoperable by accidents or breakdowns. The provisions of the bill parallel the provisions of § 46.2-1209, relating to removal and storage of unattended or abandoned vehicles.
