SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Journals and documents of the Senate and House of Delegates. Removes the requirement for the binding of the Senate and House of Delegates documents. The bill also requires that persons eligible to receive copies of the House and Senate Journals must submit a written request for them. The number of copies of the Journals reserved for the Division of Legislative Automated Systems and The Library of Virginia has been changed to reflect the current practice and other controlling laws.
