SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)

Motor vehicle dealers, T&M vehicle dealers, trailer dealers, and motorcycle dealers. Authorizes Virginia-licensed motor vehicle dealers, T&M vehicle dealers, trailer dealers, and motorcycle dealers to act as agents of the Department of Motor Vehicles for the purpose of renewing the registration of any Virginia-registered vehicle.
