SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Motor vehicles; failure to pay parking citations. Extends the power of the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles to refuse to renew motor vehicle registrations when an owner of a vehicle owes delinquent parking citations to the locality where it is registered. This bill does not apply to rental vehicles and expires on July 1, 2005.
