SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Special license plates; active and retired law-enforcement officers. Authorizes the issuance of special license plates for active and retired sworn law-enforcement officers. These plates would be issued free of charge and would not be subject to minimum application and minimum active plate requirements of § 46.2-725.
