SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Motor vehicles; wheel chair reflectors. Requires any wheel chair or wheel chair conveyance, whether self-propelled or otherwise, operated within the Commonwealth to be equipped with marker lights or reflectors located on the rear wheels and back of the wheel chair or wheel chair conveyance of a type, size, and color approved by the Superintendent of State Police.
