Provides that the heating and cooling contractor member may be selected from a combined slate presented by the Virginia Association of Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors and the Virginia Chapters of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America. Currently the member may be selected from a slate presented by the Virginia Association of Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors.
