SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Determining the speed of a vehicle with various devices; certificate as to accuracy of devices. Amends language that allows certification of accuracy of speed detection devices to be offered as evidence to add proof of accuracy of laser speed determination devices. Currently only radar is covered. This bill is incorporated in HB 1430.
